I also agree with why you chose Dr K,, I chose him for his locale as well, after I determined his ctedentials to be superb. I would have gone to Mexicali, but I felt more comfortable in a place I was familiar with, and knew how to get to in case I had a complication. And I'm so very glad you are my friend

It's like 9.98 it was really easy after you click buy it will ask if you want to download for kindle or iPad I clicked on kindle even though I am using my iPhone since I use the kindle app to download and open it. Hth!

He was not my either but I bought the book and its very good...I had trouble downloading it a.d he corresponded with me through email until I got the book to my kindle...what doctor in the US would spend that much time helping a stranger...very very nice man

I bought it for my kindle from his website. You buy it and then it shows up as a file that you download to the kindle. They have instructions on how to do it on the site.
