I'm in the same boat and so encouraged by what I've read in response to this subject. I'm going to keep my chin up (as in NOT looking down at the scale for now), focus on my liquids, Proteins and exercise. There isn't much else I can do, so I guess I'll have to make the most of it

Trumpet. Hang in their. They told me if i had a stall just go back to liquid diet to boost tou metabolisim. Keep in mind you protine and Water intake. Try to walk if you can. You doing good
