Met my first mini-goal today. 30 lbs down. It's been tough because I'm a slow loser so it's a big deal to me. 3 more lbs and I'll be halfway to my goal weight. WooHoo!

It so so much fun to meet our own little mini goals. Cheers to you on your first goal and it is exciting that the next one can now be reached also. Good Luck.

I was sleeved 2/10/12 and also have been losing slow. Although compared to my past it is fast and when I go down on the scale it does not come back like it used to before VSG. I am happy to be going down and not so worried about the time it takes. I am just so glad to be losing and feeling great.
