Ideas For Goals?

So, I am new to this site. I have been reading a lot on here and have gotten so inspired about my upcoming surgery. I have read many profiles and posts so far, but I am wondering if anyone has some of their goals that they would like to share with me? I know I read a post with a fabulous list of goals but cant seem to find it now. I would love to know what others' goals are so I can get inspired to make my own Goals List. thanks!!
