Just got back from my one month follow up and I have lost 15 pounds. Not what I had hoped for but it's weight I'll never seen again. I had been on antibiotics during week two and they said that slowed down my loss. Hopefully things will start moving now. I have also been released for all physical activities and returning to work and can now introduce foods one at a time. So thankful to be getting back to a more normal life. Zumba classes here I come.

If there is one thing I could preach about on this topic is to have patience. It didn't come on overnight and it certainly isn't going away overnight either! I'm still working my tool 18 months later and not at goal yet. Little by little, I have learned patience! Hang in there and have fun with Zumba!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
