I just got a coupon for this. Has anyone tried it??? It looks like juice and comes in different flavors. But I don't want to buy it if it's not worth it. Let me know.

I looked it up to see how much Protein is in it. Only 5 grams. :unsure: I dont know if it would be worth 150 calories and 29 g of carbs for only 5 g protein. I guess you could always try it and see if its delicious and it helps get your Fluid in, it might be worth it.

29 carbs for 5 Protein? No frikin way. Special K20 is 5 carbs for 5 Proteins. I personally wouldn't drink it for that many carbs......

The drink is good, it was one thing I could drink post op. So at least I had something to get my fluids in. I don't drink it anymore, but it is delicious.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
