Craving Crunchy At 3 1/2 Weeks Out!

I am seriously craving crunchy foods and bread. I am only 3 and 1/2 weeks out and am kind of freaking out!

Anyone know of anything to help me fix this?

Maybe chew on some ice? My guess is that since you're less than a month out, that you're not on solids yet. Maybe a popsicle? Happens to pretty much everyone!

I did a lot of chewing and spitting... Its pretty gross but it worked. lol

i got a ice shaver for snow cones from Walmart and did shaved ice with lemon juice and salt. yum yum also sf snow cone Syrup. it takes a long time to eat, you get to crunch and get in a cup or so of Fluid at the same time.
