I am having a bad allergy attack but I am afraid to take an allergy pill still on clear liquid sleeved on 4/4 any suggestions please

Claritin redi tabs melt in your mouth but may want to ask Dr first.

I have allergies, they sent me home on claritin. Thy are really small so you can swallow it.
