Has anyone tried the Kelloggs Special K Protein Water? ?? I like the idea of having the powder packets in my bag whenever I'm out and about. Any takes on the taste??? I know 5g of protein isn't much but plain water has zero so I figured any little bit counts and it has Fiber so I thought maybe.

I drink the pink lemonade. They taste good but have a few carbs. Think 5 so if you are going low carb watch your count. I drank them a lot during the liquid phase.

I have the kiwi-strawberry. It's pretty good. I use more Water than it calls for. It doesn't mix as easily as crystal lite. I'm still in the liquid phase 10 days out. It's just nice to have a little variety. Cheers!!

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
