Chewing Till Its Mushy

Will I have to chew till its mushy forever??? It trends to gross me out. It takes forever to eat anything. I take itty bitty bites, chew chew chew till there's nothing to chew anymore, than I have to wait about two minutes and hope it stays down. Will I eat like this forever or will I ever take normal bites like I used to???

Lol... No, not inhaling. Just bite, chew, swallow. And not having it take me an hour to finish half a scrambled egg.

I'm 8 months out and I don't eat as slowly as I did when I was early out, but I still try to chew thoroughly.

I'm almost at 3 years and I don't even think about chewing very much at all anymore. I think I eat like a normal person. There are a few times when I am eating something really dense, like steak, when I am really careful to chew it well.
