Quick soup question

Is egg drop Soup considered a clear liquid if I strain it? I have to have Clear Liquids Monday before my surgery and was wondering if that counts.

humm...I'm not sure about that one, from what I understand though egg drop Soup has flour or corn starch in it....so I'm not sure if it would count. For me clear liquids were Water, broth and fruit juice.< /strong>

I was told for the clear liquids stage that if you can't pour it in a glass and see through it then it wasn't acceptable. At any rate, I've never had this kind of Soup so I don't know the answer, sorry!
