I have gained 20 pounds and can't stand it but emtional eating is killing me. PLease advise.

How does it happen? Does it have everything to do with food and exercise choices or are there less obvious reasons? I firmly believe that we are building lifetime habits during the weight loss phase to assist us for the rest of our lives.
