What Were You Eating And How Much? I Need Help

Recommended Posts

Hello Guys,

I'm 3 weeks yesterday and on pureed/blended foods. I am lost. I was cleared to have some at 2 weeks out because I was not able to get my drinks in, so he told me to try it. It worked ok but now I feel like I'm empty all the time. Here is my routine:

Wake up 5-Pepcid

11 oz of Protein by 11 (30 gr)

2oz of tuna blended or egg salad blended by 1 (takes about 30 min or more)

11 oz of protein by 4ish (30 gr)

2 oz of tuna blended or egg salad blended by 6 ish (takes about 30 min or more)

8 oz of protein by 9ish (15 gr)

And I getting about 45-50 oz of Water a day.

Should I up the 2oz or am i just missing something. I does not feel like acid, and its not like hard hunger pains, its just empty. I am very tired because he above is only about 400-500 calories a day and I'm walking several miles a day (3-4).

Help!!!

Myabe you need a few carbs? not sure what your diet is allowed at that stage since every doc is different, but when i have too low carbs i feel empty and lightheaded. on the puree stage i would have some potatoe Soup just a few oz every few days. made me feel better.

Lack of carbs very possible I was a diabetic before the sleeve and they told me to get at least 50gm of carbs because It was easier for me to go into a ketosis metabolic state the nut. said to use juice 1/2 strength mix with Water I kept that by me all time to get in my water and carbs and I felt like I was getting a treat. Good luck in a couple more weeks it will feel like a walk in the park!
