It Has Been A Month!

I was sleeved on 3/12, I just reached my 1 month slee-versary! So far I'm very happy with the results. I'm down 25 lbs! I pulled some old clothes out of my closet, and I'm down a whole pants size (from 24 to 22) and even those are baggy. I feel like I'm on cloud 9!!!!

Great Job! I was also sleeved that day! I think I am down 23 lbs. I don't get on the scale but once a week so not to get to disappointed. But I do love my sleeve!!! Keep up the good work!

I was sleeved on 3/12 too and have lost 24 pounds! I feel good but I am still trying to figure out what to eat on the run. I can always grab something from the refrigerator. I don't want to eat fast food so I am having a little trouble with that.

I try to keep a Protein Bar in my purse for instances like that. They aren't always what I want, but afterwards I'm satisfied and I get some good Protein in.
