POOHBEAR7699 41 Posted April 12, 2012 So I am 4 weeks post op, and have lost a total of 25.6lbs since the beginning of my journey. Believe me, I am happy with weight lose so far and thought that things were going great, and then I hit the dreaded 3 week stall. I had 6 weeks off, but I only took 4 (going a little stir crazy in the house). Went back to work on Monday (I have a desk job), so far so good, a little tired today but glad to be back at work. I have increased my calories and making sure I am getting in 70g of Protein. Hoping that now I am back at work & back into my daily routine that I will break through this stall. SleeveDreamer 383 Posted April 12, 2012 Everyone goes through stalls, so don't let them get you down. You will continue to lose, you are not eating enough not to. How many calories did you increase to? My doctor told me until I get to my goal, stay under 1,000. I am almost 4 months out and can't even get near 800 a day! In my case,I seem to lose more without stalling when I don't log my food on MFP! Good luck!
