Frustr8 7,886 Posted July 21, 2018 Yes but not everybody has a Trader Joe's. Actually we have 2 China Buffet which I frequent and Hunan Gardens which I don't. Incidentally the owner of Hunan Gardens is Peter Pan. No Captain Hook, no Tinkerbelle but one of the waitress --American name "Wendy",
greensmoothie 25 Posted July 21, 2018 I really love Trader Joe’s Kung Pao Cauliflower. That might be the first thing I eat when I can have solids again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Usually bamboo shoots and Water chestnuts, but I'll definitely be leaving those out now. I will also be skipping the "lettuce wrap" part, and just eating the filling. Tofu doesn't have a lot of flavor on its own. It tends to take on whatever flavor you marinate it in. Soy sauce is a great marinade. You can also get soy/tofu noodles at lots of markets. Make your own stir fry with chicken (or meat of choice). Why can’t you use bamboo shoots or watered chestnuts?
QTRNY2018 23 Posted July 22, 2018 I made my own cauliflower fried rice from a recipe I saw on Pinterest. I added shrimp to give it some Protein. It does call for 4 cups of “rice” so I’ll be eating this for the next week lol
