Just wondering if there is someone out there with my stats and wanted to ask if u had saggy skin after that amount of weight loss.

Baggy skin also is based on genes, not just pounds lost and everyone body comp is diff so really cant guess based.on someone elses results.

Im right there with you though, I hope I don't get it either, our at lost not bad because I lost a lot on Optifast awhile ago and didhave somebaggage...
