I did my 5th weigh in today, I have one more to go. In the past month I have lost 6 lbs. I started at 227 lbs now I'm at 213. That is a 14 lb drop. I'm so excited I never thought I could lose weight for my surgery but I'm doing it. I'm walking 2 miles a day with wrist weights. And I have to say it feels great!
