Darn Stall I Am At The Weight I Was 20 Years Ago Now Wont Budge

So frustrating I fell and hurt my ribs and havent been able to weight train and the darn 2 up 1 down cant break to 150's aughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 3 weeks now almost

Raquel, You will break the stall. Just keep doing what you know you must do and it will happen. Besides, you look mahvelous, darling! You've put on a bunch of muscle, which weighs more than fat, and that muscle will help boost your metabolism so that you get to your perfect weight. :)

Good luck and I'm sorry your hurt your ribs. Definitely give them the time they need to heal. Please. :)

Hi, what i was told one day was that your body usually stops (stalls) where you started gaining weight. So if your weight gaining started at 150 lbs and your at a stall there, well just be patient and it should eventually break. I was in a 7 MONTH stall then lost 10 lbs and that was it. . . no more. . . but the person who told me about the body was so right, I started gaining weight when I was 200 lbs (weighed 222 lbs at 12 years old) and it seems that 200 lbs is where my body is comfortable right now. . .

finally STALLIS OVER 160 ALMOST IN 150'S THANK GOD I WAS GETTING SO DISHEARTENED SO HAPPY
