andi0120 41 Posted April 8, 2012 I'm walking 4 to 5 miles but was able to get in a .25 mile jog with my son running beside me. He's an athlete in great shape it felt so great to run with him. fern 195 Posted April 10, 2012 Sweet!! Good job!! I started out not being able to run a full minute, now I've run a half marathon!!! Let that running bug bite you : ) Just do what you can each day. Before you know it, you'll do a little more, than a little more. Keep challenging yourself to beat your last time ( even if only by 1 second). Good job and keep it up!!!!
