2ndtimesacharm 35 Posted April 6, 2012 Well, aside from being sick as a dog this morning, I really thought I lost a couple of pounds. And low and behold I did not escape the 3rd week stall. I really thought that by me doing 4 to 6 miles this week and taking in 600 calories or less each day I would have avoided it but no good! Ugh. Oh well gonna just keep on keepin on. Happy Friday! Dooter 1,457 Posted April 6, 2012 I thought the saaaaaame thing. Uh huh. The body is a weird and mysterious thing. It's obviously a process it just has to go through. I've quit trying to figure it out and just go on and look at that same stupid number on the scale day after day. (siighh) It'll move.
