aroundhky 1,174 Posted April 6, 2012 I made it through Christmas/New Years without any real cheating on my foods, but I was only a month + from surgery then and no real appetite. Now it's Easter, my appetite is back and along comes my favorite bad food.......Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs............................wish me luck!

Not sure what I was thinking when I bought those for my kids Easter baskets, but it was a bad idea!! I hope I can find some willpower this weekend!
bikerchick519 202 Posted April 6, 2012 OMG, I love those. Luckily I haven't been to the store lately so I haven't been tempted yet.
Catracks 865 Posted April 6, 2012 Have some Peanut Butter toast (I found Protein bread!) or a strawberry with nutella for a treat. Don't bring the contraband into the house. Of course my kids never were really into candy. I hid hard boiled eggs and cash in hollow eggs. My daughter would rather shop than eat candy any day - even from an early age. If you need chocolate and can limit yourself to a tiny square a day, Trader Joes has 72% dark chocolate for about $2 for three bars. It's completely decadent with a bit of good coffee. aroundhky 1,174 Posted April 6, 2012 I think I'll be ok and not eat them. Stopped at the convenience store the other day and saw them for sale at the counter. I faught them off pretty well. It's the one's after Easter for half price that are usually most tempting.
