erin00glen 9 Posted April 6, 2012 Shirataki noodles (tofu noodles) are definitely worth a try. We had them tonight for dinner. We made it with a pad tai sauce, Peanut Butter, lime juice and a little hot sauce for a kick. They aren't bad. Not fantastic but definitely better than no noodles at all and I can have them on my stage 3 soft food diet. . Later on this week we r going to try them again with Alfredo. I'll keep you posted.
