Hip2bfit 3 Posted April 4, 2012 I am 15 days post-op and my surgeon gave me the okay to start coffee today. He said no milk or sugar in it. I used the sugar free french vanilla Creamer (coffee mate / non dairy) today and I didn't have any problems. However, I did notice in the handout he gave me, it does say that I am NOT supposed to use any creamer ( non-dairy or not). I don't understand why and it doesn't give an explanation. Anyone else using this? Thanks!!

AnneG 7 Posted April 6, 2012 I've been using the sugar free french vanilla by international delight since about 4 weeks post op. I'm nearly 7 mos post op - no problems staying low carb- I use it nearly every day- several times a day- liberally even.
