Hey cloe, couldnt get in on saturday again!

i screwed up large on friday. went to mcd's and had 2 dble cheeseburgs and fries and a large oreo mcflurry. I dont know what came over me!

btw i seriously doubt i'm gonna make my mini goal.

Don't worry about the McD's episode Neenagh. Better you do it NOW than after you are banded and healing when it could be very harmful (looks at KIM!!!). So, don't fret about it.....you'll be fine after you've had the surgery...you'll do great, I know it!!!!!
