Shootingstar 0 Posted April 4, 2012 I am almost four months out and I am very worried that my weight loss is already over. I have lost 68 pounds since surgery. I'm am only 7lbs from onederland. I have been in a terrible two week stall and it is very concering to me. I have been working out 4 days a week and burning around 500 calories each time between the treadmill, elliptical, and yoga. My diet for the last two weeks has been almost all Protein with a couple of wheat thins here and there ( I have been strict with this cause I want to get to onederland so bad). The only thing I can think to do is up my protein even more. Has anyone stopped losing after only four months? Any answers or suggestions would be much appreciated. Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted April 4, 2012 I have pretty much stopped losing. I slowed down a lot around my 4th month. But I am close to my doc's weight loss. Maybe 1 or 2 lbs, but I still want to lose more. So I am working on Rocking my Sleeve!
CCWriter 19 Posted April 4, 2012 I'm so glad to see this thread, because I've been stuck, stuck, stuck for the past three weeks and am three months out and counting. Heck, I sure wish I could figure out what I'm doing wrong. Eating Protein and veggies, with little fruit. I'm only getting between about 600 and 800 calories daily, so I'm wondering if I actually need to eat more!! How could I not be losing weight? I know I've lost inches, but this is craziness. Working on adding more cardio and I'm drinking all my liquids also. Maybe I just need to be patient. Sigh. Onward, Carol
