tasherie 35 Posted April 4, 2012 I am about a month out, eating pretty much anything I would want. I stay away from carbs and am completely on track with my fluids, Vitamins, bowel movements......lol but I digress. I feel like I eat ALL day. I kinda do (every 3 hours or so)...but I find my brain making me feel so guilty like I am eating too much but I'm barely getting in 700 cals. I guess it still needs time to wrap itself around the fact that so little makes me SO full. Anyone else feel that stupid guilt for no reason?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted April 4, 2012 Sometimes I feel guilty because I'm always hungry. LOL I eat every 3 hours. I feel guilty because I don't exercise like I need too. I don't drink enough Water either. And I haven't lost any weight for a couple of months. Blah blah blah. So today is my first day with no sugar. I am even giving up my low calorie G2 gatorade. It has 7 gms of fat. I am working on drinking plain water now. My stomach perfers G2 though probably because of the sugar. I really need to work on being ok with where I am today.
