GabbyEstrada 89 Posted April 3, 2012 S it good to go in the sauna at 2 months pre-op? I'm just scared I'll dehydrate or something.
Dooter 1,457 Posted April 3, 2012 It should be fine. You should be drinking 64 oz. of Water on a regular day, so just add more to that on a day you've been in a sauna, or exercising, or if it's particularly hot outside. This is what you will have to get used to doing anyway when you're post-op. Must keep Fluid levels up.
IowaAndy 95 Posted April 3, 2012 I personally do not believe in the sauna. It does very little in the way of weight loss. I would prefer to get actual exercise and sweat naturally.

Although I do the physical exercise I find the sauna to be relaxing afterwards. I just was concerned about dehydration.
