isntsheclever 38 Posted April 2, 2012 I am almost 3 Weeks out and am able to eat almost everything I've tried, but I'm trying to stick to mostly mushy food for awhile longer. Does anyone have an idea for a soft side dish I could take to Easter? Potatoes are already being done. Thanks in advance!

Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted April 2, 2012 Look in the food forum for the recipe to the ricotta bake. It's really good. 1 ddd8704 reacted to this
Lissa 2,631 Posted April 2, 2012 Oh, yeah, the ricotta bake is awesome!! Non WLS people adore it as well. It tastes just like lasagna without all the carbs. I need to make some of that in the next few days!

bratvp63 118 Posted April 7, 2012 If you do a brunch you could do a crust less quiche. Very simple and easy to get down.
