Lissa 2,631 Posted April 1, 2012 Sally, If you're 2 weeks post-op, NO doritos. If you're two months post-op, you could eat a few...just chew very well. Be aware, however, that there is no nutritional value in doritos and, if you're like me, they can be a slider food. That means you could eat a bunch of them without feeling full. It's a lot of empty calories. If you're going to eat them, be prepared to exercise off those calories. Doritos aren't my downfall, but crunchy cheetos are my nemesis. LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted April 1, 2012 I highly suggest anyone stay as far away from chips for as long as humanly possible post op. I realize it's unrealistic to think we will never again eat them, but they absolutely will slow down or inhibit weight loss efforts.
