Sally, If you're 2 weeks post-op, NO doritos. If you're two months post-op, you could eat a few...just chew very well. Be aware, however, that there is no nutritional value in doritos and, if you're like me, they can be a slider food. That means you could eat a bunch of them without feeling full. It's a lot of empty calories. If you're going to eat them, be prepared to exercise off those calories.

Doritos aren't my downfall, but crunchy cheetos are my nemesis. I can't have them in the house without wanting to eat the whole bag. I have to really watch those chips!

ilove cheeutos tooo especially the taste of cheese

yes it have no nuteretional value

but i still love them

I highly suggest anyone stay as far away from chips for as long as humanly possible post op. I realize it's unrealistic to think we will never again eat them, but they absolutely will slow down or inhibit weight loss efforts.

I only say this because I know it's already tough enough as it is!!
