Rico 55 Posted April 1, 2012 Its worth every single second of it People talk about the surgery being "life changing" and its very true .. People talk about how happy they are because they are achieving NSV's which is really cool too.. But you need to know that VSG is also a "life saving" procedure. I was on the verge of being a diabetic and have major heart disease but all of that disappeared with VSG. Good luck
Stacey Nicole 40 Posted April 1, 2012 I am 17 days post op and down 31lbs. I have been on a clear liquid diet since surgery and that has been the hardest part. I would not change my decision to have this surgery. It hasn't been easy and I have had many moments of tears, but I know I made the right decision. Luckily I do not have to cook for my kids and partner as she has done it all for me. I haven't touched a piece of food in 21 days - I had no idea how strong I could be. This has been a long and difficult journey, but if you are serious about your weight loss and want to get your life back - do it!!!
Neese 75 Posted April 1, 2012 If you would've asked me the first three weeks I wouldn't have been able to say yes for sure because I was fighting head hunger, dehydration, and a stall. 50 pounds and 2 months later: in a heartbeat.

BlackBerryJuice 349 Posted April 1, 2012 I would do it again in a heartbeat--best money I've ever spent, and I spent $8000 at the Biggest Loser Ranch in Utah the year before I got my sleeve--I lost 13 lbs... Just wish it had been available 20 years ago. Oh wow, I didn't know you did that! Care to post about your experience? Just curious to know what that'd be like.
