2 Month Post Op Sleevers.

Was just wondering where are you guys calorie wise at this point? If I do 2 shakes as Meal Replacements I run lower in calories that day, around 400. If I do one shakes and then regular food throughout the day I can do 500-650. My NUT told me I HAD to increase my calories in order to have energy ( of which I was low on). Just want to know where everyone is at around this point.

I am 3 months out and I do 800 calories, 70 grams Protein, 50-60 carbs. Give or take depending on my workout.

I am no where near 2 months only at 2 weeks, but in a few weeks I am to be going up to 900 calories a day

I am almost at the 2 month mark and I average about 500 cal per day (a little more on the weekends because I have the time to eat more throughout the day). I have been feeling low on energy as well and thought about finding a way to increase my calories a bit.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
