Iliana82 84 Posted April 1, 2012 Was just wondering where are you guys calorie wise at this point? If I do 2 shakes as Meal Replacements I run lower in calories that day, around 400. If I do one shakes and then regular food throughout the day I can do 500-650. My NUT told me I HAD to increase my calories in order to have energy ( of which I was low on). BalGirl 4 Posted April 1, 2012 I am almost at the 2 month mark and I average about 500 cal per day (a little more on the weekends because I have the time to eat more throughout the day).
