wantingtolivehealthy 2 Posted March 31, 2012 Started my pre-op diet Tuesday, down 8 lbs. Its not to bad, but I find myself watching the clock waiting to eat again. The hospital called for pre-registration, started to have an anxiety attack. I know this is the right decision, but I'm so afraid of failing again. As the 9th approaches I feel my anxiety rising. Anyone one else with the same feeling?
Ssilian 67 Posted April 1, 2012 Happy for you that your surgery is soon. I have to wait until June 19. And I'm having anxiety about it but it's totally normal!! We are embarking on a journey different than the journey we've been on! It's normal to feel this way. What does your pre diet consist of and how many calories? Ssilian 67 Posted April 2, 2012 Are you exercising at all? My daughter and son-in-law brought over their Wii Fit and want me to use it. I guess I should try it. It looks like fun.
