I see alot of people saying "work your sleeve".. what does this really mean? I'm alittle over 2 wks out. And confused by that statement. And also about some people saying you need to eat to lose the weight.. so many years of dieting that included not eating now all I'm hearing is that I need to eat to lose.. someone explain all this to me.. thanks

I'm 9 months out and haven't lost anything for a couple of months. Just have 35 to go and I'm so stuck. I would like to know what that means too! Eat to lose? Work your sleeve? Sounds interesting!

Working your sleeve means you are following your program and successfully getting your Protein, Fluid, and Vitamins and losing weight/inches or maintaining if you have reached goal.

If you aren't eating enough calories your body enters into starvation mode and you will not lose weight. I was told to eat 900-1000 calories day of the right foods.
