southerngirl39212 5 Posted March 30, 2012 Why no sugar free pudding or ice cream on full liquid postoperative diet? They are usually considered part of a full liquid diet!

MoogleQueen 4 Posted March 31, 2012 I can have them as well. The more I read on here seems like doctors are all over the board on what they do & don't allow before & after surgery. I only had to do a clear liquid diet day before surgery then nothing after midnight. I've seen some people say they can have soft & pureed foods 1 week out & some on Clear Liquids 1 week out. I can live with my doctors plan. 2 weeks of liquids including pudding & yogurt. Then weeks 3 & 4 soft & pureed foods.
