Iliana82 84 Posted March 29, 2012 So I had posted the other day that I was depressed. I still am having those down feelings but I think it's coming from extreme lack of energy. I take my Vitamins and drink plenty of Water. I called my doctors office and left a message. But all I have energy for is sleeping. Any one else felt like this? Liberated Sleeve 148 Posted March 30, 2012 I assume you are back to work by now, maybe your body is just trying to catch up with all the changes? No chance of pregnancy right?? Possibly low on Iron, etc. Let us know what your doctor says!! Hope you feel better soon and if you need to rest, do it.

Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted March 30, 2012 You are most likely exhausted due to the low intake of calories. This is the time to rest as much as you can and make sure you get a lot of Protein in. Hang in there, it gets better. You might also need a little more carbs in your diet.

Mews 37 Posted March 30, 2012 I know how you feel. I had my surgery on 3/15 and am completely exhausted all the time. So much so that I feel foggy and lightheaded. I'm supposed to start full liquids today so I hope that helps. I'm definitely getting enough fluids in me so I don't know what's going on.
Iliana82 84 Posted March 30, 2012 Just spoke with my doctors office. She said to up my calories. Especially since I am back at work (constantly on my feet) and going to gym 3 times a week with a trainer ( I did miss 2 sessions this week cause I was dead tired) I think I am going to up my calories a bit and do gym 2 times a week for a while and see how I feel.
