susiegotsleeved 1 Posted March 26, 2012 I'm ten days out (sleeved on March 16) and I have this soreness on my right side, it hurts when I stretch or take a really deep breath... When will the soreness subside? I'm over this already...

RossJL 25 Posted March 26, 2012 I'm 5 weeks post op and I still have incision pain.. I just wear a surgical binder over my stomach and it keeps it from hurting.. No pain while breathing here though..
CAsleeve 56 Posted March 26, 2012 Your body just needs time to heal and adjust. The pains will go away when healed. Be patient. I was sore until about my 6th week out.
Liberated Sleeve 148 Posted March 27, 2012 Imagine the pain if they had to cut a whole lot more area to open you up and do the surgery? It will be over soon! Mine are still tender on occasion.
favoredone 590 Posted March 27, 2012 I had a little "stitch" for about 8-10 weeks.. Sometimes if I move awkardly, I can feel a little pull near my largest incision still.. no pain, just a twinge of discomfort... It will get better each day.. Just take it easy and listen to your body...
