I was told I could drink two or three Protein Shakes a day and one low fat, sensible meal. Well I'm concerned about all the calories these shakes have. So I guess my question is there a calorie number I need to stay under for these next 7 days? I feel like I have turned into an idiot the closer I get...afraid to do something wrong! Lol! She didn't say I needed to lose a certain amount of weight before but just to do the preop!

Oh. Ok. Well I guess I'm over thinking it but don't you need to limit the calories even on a full liquid diet? Soups and Jello have calories! And Protein Drinks.< /p>
