Hi...I'm a Grazer too. I am 5 months out and I have still lost 94 pounds. I try to sip Water as much as possible between meals. That helps..as and long as u are making healthy choices then u should be OK. Now if u start eating fried foods and junk then that is bad. Good luck

Are you grazing on fruits and veggies only? While, yes, they are typically good for you the better option is a high Protein meal/snack. Especially during weight loss, otherwise you're only feeding your body carbs (good carbs) instead of protein which means you may lose muscle before fat. Did your doctor give you a diet plan? Are you getting 70-90g protein daily?

I guess you could say I graze in a way. It seems like I eat all day everyday. But i keep my Proteins 60% fats 20% carbs 20%. Plus i have never exceeded 800 calories yet. Protein is the utmost best choice like stated above. Why even eat fruits n veges when you can have a v8 and count it toward your fluids?

My nutritionist says if we are feeling hungry, up our Protein. Have you tried that? I know it helps me.
