Be wary of buying drinks that have too high of Protein content as you body is only able to absorb so much protein at one time. You are better off to spread your protein intake out over the entire day instead of trying to get it in 2 meals.

I thought this would be good to do the one drink and the rest from foods instead of multiple drinks.< /p>
