If cold isn't working try hot herbal tea. That's what they offered at my hospital. I would get the starbuck's orange herbal & but some Splenda & about 1/3 of an orange protien shot. I also do this cold. I also like the margarita crystal light with the orange Protein. Sip, sip, sip!!!!! Don't try to swallow.
