bethany1987 66 Posted March 24, 2012 And I'm trying to figure out how this air is supposed to come out of me?? It's so uncomfortable! I've walked and walked and that hasn't helped. Also, I can't tell when I'm hungry or full. How do I know how much I can drink if I can't feel any of that?

bmooney364 30 Posted March 24, 2012 Several people have said a heating pad will help the gas pain.
lipstick22 6 Posted March 24, 2012 I had surgery on Tuesday and had MISERABLE gas pains. Thursday I got to come home. As soon as the bumpy ride home and walking worked together, I started tooting like there was no end. I know you hurt, but try to walk just a little every hour or so. It will make a huge difference. Also, if you can get on your side, that helped me get some air out. Here's a warning.....when you start those big ole poots, be careful...liquids in= liquids out! Yes, I am being serious! EWWWWWE!! You can do this!! Monica 1 bethany1987 reacted to this
