Im home and on the mend. having trouble getting in all the clear liqid Protein. This Isopure is def not a fav but cest la vie. Hows everyone else and how long will my abdomen be "tight" with everymove I make

I am so happy your on the BIG LOSER'S BENCH now! We've been keeping it warm for you. CONGRATS! It's done. The swelling should start to go down in a few days. Hang in there and keep us updated on your progress.

I had surgery Monday as well and my tummy is still sore but getting better. I'm also having a hard time with the Protein, but I'm just doing as much as possible. Good luck:-)

Jenny do u still have reflux bad as well? We can b sleeve sisters. Lol. Im sore but my life goes on as my kiddos dictate it does. I feel like im whining but I have not had acid in my throat everytime I rest like this since my last baby! Is that normal? Can someone also fill me in onwhy one side of my tummy is soooo much more sore then the other? The not so sore side has the larger incisions?

We should be sleeve sisters:-). My whole stomach is still painful but getting better. I'm not having acid reflux at all and I have not started my acid reducer yet but I hope you feel better quickly. I'm definitely feeling thebrestriction though b/c it takes me forever to drink one small Protein shake:-) but i will get there. I go see my surgeon tomorrow bc I start work back on Monday so we will see:-). I'm just trying to stay as positive as possible and sip sip walk walk.....

I was sleeved on 3/14 and am now experiencing exactly what you said. Last night I had so much acid in my throat, it was ridiculous. It was at night as well, while I was resting. I am taking Prilosec twice daily but last night was the first night I experienced that. Sucked!

I feel for anyone with reflux. I am calling my surgeon in the morning because its making it hard to get my liquids in. the Protein Drink isnt so hot to begin with but adding that burn is terrible!
