Best Vsg Forum Advice?

I was wondering what the best VSG advice you've gotten from reading all the forums? Here are mine (surgery in a week with Dr. Kelly)

• Buying smaller utensils (spoons/forks)
  
• Buy the smaller bowls (like the ones you make creme brule in...can remember what they are called for the life of me!)

• There was a video post on YouTube that someone posted that I thought was very good about the reality of WLS -
  
  
• You can get just order the broth from Qiznos chicken Soup and they will do it
  
• You can get the egg drop soup from a chineese restaurant
