Day 1 Preop Diet...

3:15 pm day 1 of preop. Protein Shake for Breakfast, 2 cups lettuce/carrots with 5 oz diced chicken for lunch and snack bar this afternoon. Ate lunch by myself to avoid the smells of Coworkers hamburgers, French fries, grilled ham and cheese etc. Lord give me strength but so ready to do this!!

Good luck! You can do it, keep in mind your short term goal (to have a safe surgery, and heal well) as well as your long term goal (to loose the weight!).
