SkinnyMom2b 14 Posted March 20, 2012 3:15 pm day 1 of preop. Protein Shake for Breakfast, 2 cups lettuce/carrots with 5 oz diced chicken for lunch and snack bar this afternoon. Ate lunch by myself to avoid the smells of Coworkers hamburgers, French fries, grilled ham and cheese etc. Lord give me strength but so ready to do this!!
