Started Hiit Weight Is Falling Off

This week after a terrible stall 3 weeks down 1 up5 terrible I went into 166 last week now today 161 I started the HIIT High intensity interval training it is dropping of the weight I do 25-30 min 2 min 3.7 incline 6 then take it up to incline 12 and 6.5-8.0 2 min and so forth its fantastic !!

Do you mean on a treadmill? My treadmill has some weight loss programs that I've not really used and I didn't even put the arm pole things on the treadmill... maybe I should try it!
