carbgrl 119 Posted March 19, 2012 Congratulations! That's awesome. Can you share with us how much exercise & what a typical day's food is like? I'm a newbie and so far it's been really slow. Did you have a lot of hairloss? 1 nancy_marie_00 reacted to this

CaseyKay 12 Posted March 20, 2012 I'm 5'3" and unfortunately I have a lot of health issues that came with my surgery. I had my surgery in Tijuana and my stomach ended up being 3oz. And it's been about a year and a half and I can't even eat a taco. But I'm now in therapy and really trying to get my protien in daily so I get my hair back! Results look great but it's just been a really hard transition. Thanks for all the support!!

Miriam 50 Posted March 20, 2012 Amazing! My beginning weight is pretty similar to what yours was, and I'm only an inch shorter than you, so your achievement is especially inspiring for me. Of course, being less than 3 weeks out, I still have a LONG way to go, but at least I know that there's a chance I can get there. Congrats and good luck with all your health issues!
