For Those Who Aren't Shy--Tell Me About Boobs

Recommended Posts

Well, the smallest cup size I even recall wearing as a 4th grader was a c cup! Now I wear a 42 DDD. I just had my sleeve, but I hope my boobs completely disappear! My shoulders & back are tired. I'm sick of carrying all this weight on my shoulders-literally! Whatever is left after I hit goal will be lifted & reduced down to a small c cup. I lost 120 lbs some years ago, and my boobs stayed the same size. If they don't disappear this time, my friendly neighborhood plastic surgeon will snip & clip! :)

Lol, well I can do the same. Due to the testosterone levels men have. When we lose weight man boobs are reduced severely they prolly drop down to A-cups lol... Also this drastic change has a lot to do with weightlifting activity, nutrition and effort

There u go :)

Hahaha...thanks! We don't want anyone to have to wear a "Bro!" (reminds me of that Seinfeld when Kramer invents the man bra... )

I've seen some men's man boobs after surgery. They, too, look like they have droopy tits when it's over. I'm sure some men don't have that problem.

As far as my boobs go, I wear a D/DD and when I lost a lot of weight before they were still a C/D. I am hoping that's where they will be when I'm done losing.

I've lost 7 inches from my breasts, but my cup size is still a D. My actual cup size before surgery may have been higher, but I was wearing a 40D. I'm now in a 34 to 36 D.

The nice thing is that my breasts have lost proportionately with the rest of my body. I am not pointing south, but I have noticed that they are a bit deflated compared to before.

I haven't ruled out a lift or fill in my future, but I said that even before my WLS. :)

I am still wearing my pre-surgery bras, but need to buy smaller (trying to use clothes as long as possible). Obviously I am on the smallest hook now, but there is definitely a little more room in the cup.

I had a reduction almost two years ago, which was wonderful. I went from a too-small DDD to a D, having almost four pounds removed from each breast. Hopefully I will end up a C. When I had the reduction, I had no plans for weight loss surgery. The surgeon didn't want to make my breasts smaller than a D because of my size.

The breast reduction of course included a lift, so they are up where they belong. When I look at the way my clothes fit, I have to say that the breast reduction adds as much to a better fit as the weight loss. And of course, exercise is much easier without the burden of overlarge breasts.

Well pre-surgery I was a 46DDD. Now I have lost 107 pounds and I am a 42DD and sometimes I feel like I could go down to a 42D. I have been totally ok with the boobage amount I've lost. My back feels so much better. I do hope when it's all said and done and I get closer to goal that I keep some of what I got. My man loves boobs, gotta have something to work with lol

I don't know what's going to happen here, but my husband is predicting my boobs are going to look like tube socks!

Well I've never been overly busty, and 83lb later I have a drawer full of VERY padded bras! Last fitting I was a 36c, although I'm actually somewhere between a b and a c cup, however they have dropped a good chunk, although I am small enough to go bra-less it makes me look bottom heavy and gaunt on top.

I'd not consider a boob job, big bras are good enough at boosting what I've got, but if I had the money I'd go for a Tummy Tuck and some contouring Lipo to even things out. Good luck discovering your new shape! ;)

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Am feeling this right now. My surgery date is 4/1. Sign the consent tomorrow. I feel like I overloaded myself with too much info, too many opinions. Got to the point where I was wondering if I should do this. Then I thought of my reasons for taking this step and that settled my nerves. Still get moments of doubt but am striving forward. Am just going to follow my book from the surgeon. Joined this because I was told by my dietician that I should do this for support
